Innoculations cause Autism

Innoculations cause Autism stated Andrew Wakefield, a gastroenterologist at the Royal Free Hospital in England, published a case series in the medical journal The Lancet in 1998. In this article he described 12 children with pervasive developmental disorder associated with gastrointestinal symptoms, 8 of whom had behavioral issues associated with MMR vaccination via retrospective accounts by their parents or physicians.

Despite the author being threathened not to go public, but doing so anyway, and acknowledging that there was a correlation between the vaccine and autism, in the paper’s conclusions by announcing his findings with a press release and ongoing interactions with the media.

Public concern on the topic grew quickly. In 2010, Dr. Wakefield’s license to practice medicine in the UK was revoked by the British General Medical Council and his study was retracted by The Lancet as a warning to other doctors to keep their mouths shut. They would lose their license to practice.

Pharmachetical drugs and innoculation paid for the Government is big business and they drug companies stood to lose hundres of millions of dollars.

They immediately retalitated by making him the problem instead of doing an investigation. Among other infractions, Wakefield was demonized, and accused of doing unnecessary invasive procedures on children without approval of the hospital ethics committee and received undeclared financial considerations from the Legal Aid Board, a group pursuing multiparty legal action for allegedly vaccine-damaged children.

Despite his findings in 1998, and the complete refutation of Wakefield’s “fraudulent” findings by the scientific community, Japan banned the same innoculation in 1993 after 1.8 million children had been given two types of MMR and a record number developed non-viral meningitis and other adverse reactions with permanent handicaps ranging from damaged hearing and blindness to loss of control of limbs.

The British Department of Health said Japan had used a type of MMR which included a strain of mumps vaccine that had particular problems and was discontinued in the UK because of safety concerns. Not so, it included the same ingrediant Thimerosal.

What is Thimerosal?

Thimerosal is a mercury-based preservative used in vaccines and other medicines. Developed by the pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly in 1928, over the years Thimerosal has been used in a variety of medical products, including topical antiseptics, nasal sprays, eye drops, immune globulin products, and vaccines.

What is the problem with Thimerosal?

Thimerosal is about 50 percent ethyl mercury by weight. Thimerosal exposure has been linked to attention disorders, speech delays, language delays, Tourette Syndrome, misery disorder, seizures, epilepsy, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, narcolepsy, heart disorders, neurological disorders, asthma and allergies.

Over 165 peer-reviewed scientific studies show a link between Thimerosal and neurological injuries. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation about Thimerosal out there. It’s time to debunk the myths.

Myth: My doctor says vaccines don’t contain mercury anymore—that the Thimerosal has been phased out.

However, the United States government has awarded hundreds of millions of dollars to dozens of other vaccine-injured children with autism diagnoses, as detailed in this article published in the Pace Environmental Law Review.

Officials at the CDC and the FDA have also conceded that vaccines might cause autism. In 2008, the late Dr. Bernadine Healy, former head of National Institutes of Health, said on CBS News: “We can’t dismiss a link between vaccines and autism because we have never studied the children who were fine and who suddenly lost learned skills and regressed into autism following vaccination.”
